The Lawrence County Arts Council (LCAC) is located in Louisa, Kentucky, Lawrence County's county seat. Although our population is small our community is rich with a diversity of talented artisans! LCAC's Mission Statement To bring the Arts to our community by way of education, exhibits, contests, and cultural events. Although we serve the entire community our focus is on the children, for they are our future.
